PROCEDURES
     
 
  APPLICATION PROCEDURES.

All applicants who wish to apply to stay in Malaysia under the Malaysia My Second Home Program
must submit the following documents.

         01   Letter of Application.

         02   Resume of the main applicant.

         03   Copy of MM2H  Application.

         04   Three copies of IM 12 Form ( Social Visit Pass)

         05   Four coloured Passport size photographs.

         06   Copies of Passport (all pages) & pages with personal details to be certified.

         07   Personal Bond Form for each participant.

         08   Letter of Good Conduct (Police Report)

         09   Self declaration of health condition from participants.

        10    Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate.

        11    Certified Copy of Birth Certificate of children.

        12    Certified copy of 3 months lates bank statements.

        13    Certified copy of months latest pay slips.

        14    Authorization letter from applicant to  MM2H  Center to verify financial documents with                     relevant Banks and  Financial Institutions.
   
         
 
RESTRICTIONS.

Participants under the Malaysia My Second Home Program are not allowed to work/be employed while staying in Malaysia.

An exception applies to participants in the 50 and above age group who may be allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours a week subjected to the approval of the Expatriate Committee of the Immigration Department, Malaysia.

MM2H participants should not participate in activities that can be considered sensitive to the local people and threat to the security of the country.
